Mixed Media Board – Limitless

Hello… back at it again TCW Crafters!!

So glad to be back at my craft table. A small mixed media board project today using a couple of new stencils – TCW988 – Leafy Collage and TCW972 – Petal Splash, along with some beautiful shimmery stencil butters. Hope you enjoy what I created!

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own

The Crafter’s Workshop products used within this page:

TCW988 – Leafy Collage
TCW972 – Petal Splash
TCW2208 – Precious Sentiments stamp set
TCW9064 – Turquoise Stencil butter
TCW9061 – Chartreuse Stencil butter
TCW9053 – Mixed Media Board 6×6

If you enjoy seeing a page come together quickly, you can just go ahead and watch the process video below. Captions within the video will tell you what products I have used along the way.

…here is how the page came together step-by-step…

1 – Stencil through TCW988 – Leafy Collage with acrylic paint in oranges. Stencil over that with TCW9061 – Chartreuse Stencil butter through TCW972 – Petal Splash

2 – Edge the TCW9053 – Mixed Media tile with Vermillion Archival ink then splatter some deep teal and turquoise watercolour or ink across the board. Dry everything thoroughly.

3 – Stamp out some flowers from TCW2208 – Precious Sentiments stamp set and fussy cut three out. Additionally, paint a Dina Wakley chip board word tile in turquoise acrylic. Top off with some TCW9064 – Turquoise stencil butter to add some sheen to the tile.

4 – Add some deep teal watercolor to the centre of each of the petal bursts. Add some little dots of colour in red, turquoise and orange to the centre of each of the stamped flowers

5 – A little more deep red edging in watercolor. Paint a small piece of paper in fluorescent yellow and back the word tile with the yellow paper so the color shows through

6 – Adhere the word tile to the board underneath the flowers

I do hope you have enjoyed this mixed media board project. Hopefully it gives you a little inspiration to use some mixed media board in your next projects

Enjoy!
