Good morning! Today, I’m sharing a mixed media layout I created using the TCW1043 Splatters Stencil and TCW6001 Pressed Petals Stencil. These 6×6 stencils are perfect for adding last minute touches to your layouts! They are also the perfect size!

It is super simple to use stencils on layouts and cards. Simply place the stencil over the area you would like to blend the ink. You ink and a blending brush over the stencil to add details to your project. It’s that simple!

I really love the pressed Petals stencil. I decided to glue gems to the center of the flowers. Aren’t they beautiful? I went with less is best with this layout. I did not go overboard with the stenciling. I just wanted to add some paint splatters and flowers.

The stencil made it easy to create the splatters! I can do this free handed with liquid ink, but that can get messy and I will end up cover areas with ink that I do not want inked…

Here are some close-ups of the layout. I really like how this came together and I think the black and white photo pops out, which I love.
