Good morning friends! I decided to do something different this month…I created an art journal spread using the TCW899 and TCW920 stencils along with some beautiful stencil butters.

To begin, I used the Matte Gel Medium to glue down the collage papers in the journal. Next, I covered the TCW899 Striped Mandala stencil with Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste using a palette knife.

I used a palette knife to pull the TCW9064 Turquoise Stencil Butter through the TCW920 Tropical Fronds Stencil. I love this stencil and I am happy to finally find a use for it!

Seriously, isn’t this pretty?!

I punched some butterflies out using metal dies and white cardstock and colored them using stencil butters using my fingers.

This was my first time using the Champagne Gold stencil butter and I love it!! I’m gonna have to pull this out more often. It’s beautiful!

This was a super fun spread to create. I created this one night after I got home and I just needed to unwind… so I grabbed my journal and just played! Sometimes, we need to play to relieve the stress… and it totally works for me.

I used gel medium to glue down some sticker words and stencils/gems.
