What do you do when you wake up with a silly idea in your head but you have to go to work?
Rush home and make that card ASAP!
TCW provided me with some awesome goodies to play with, but the opinions and creations are my own.
I started with using the TCW902 Fantangle stencil and applying Stencil Butter willy nilly over a piece of heavy cardstock. Make sure to secure the stencil with some sort of tape on the back of the paper.
Remove the stencil and let this dry, I waited at least 30 minutes, only because I
got distracted and started on another project! Next, I needed a way to line these tiles up on the card and found this lined background stamp from Darkroom Door stamps. White or clear heat emboss this.
I cut the tiles into 3/4″ squares. Apply dimensional foam tape on the back of each tile and line them up.
I finished the card by adding a sentiment and a large die-cut in the center.
I also added a strip of black cardstock on the top to balance the stark contrast between the white and black.
The photo does not capture the beautiful shine each color gives off.
I hope you like today’s card and will try something like this.

Wow! love your card. Do the butters remain soft and easy to spread?
Thank you so much! Yes, I have had these since January and they have not dried out. They really do spread like butter!

Thank you Charmaine.
This is absolutely beautiful and I love it. I wish I could afford the stencil butters as they look so great to work with. Xx
This is so pretty!!
