Hocus Pocus – Art Journal Spread

Good Morning all! Helen here with a little art journal spread for you today celebrating Halloween!

Finished art journal spread using TCW stencils, black Modeling Paste, and Tacky-When-Dry gel.

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own

First, I used the TCW877 Spiders Web stencil and colored through the stencil using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool, moving the stencil randomly over the page to get many Spider Webs showing on my page.

Using TCW877 Spiders Web Stencil and Black Soot ink, make spider webs over entire page using a blending tool.

Using the TCW886  Shaped Landscape stencil, I used some masking tape to tape off the lined section of the stencil and placed it on the left hand side of my page. I then used a spatula to wipe over the lined area with  TCW9009 Black Modeling Paste.

Using the black modeling paste and the TCW886 Shaped landscape stencil, use a spatula to smear the paste on over the left hand side of the stencil on the left hand side of the page

Once the modeling paste was dry, I used the TCW2165 Ombre Dots stencil and went over a section on my page using the TCW9049 Tacky-When-Dry Gel; applied using a spatula. This does stay nice and tacky when it is dry and perfect for adding foils or glitter! I added orange glitter to the dry dots.

Using the TCW216 Ombre Dots stencil, apply some TCW9049 Tacky-When-Dry gel over an area to the top right of the page using a spatula. Then sprinkle some orange glitter over when dry.

And then I added my little witch, some orange splatters of orange ink, a sentiment, and some doodling around the edge of my spread using a fine tip marker. Easy Peasy project today!

Add a witch image, a sentiment, some orange splatter of orange ink and doodling around the outside edge. Easy peasy!

Thanks for taking the time to see my project for today!
