Using ColorSparx with Stencils To Create Backgrounds for Cards

Hello! Nadine here today sharing how I used ColorSparx with stencils to create some fun backgrounds for cards.

The Crafter’s Workshop has provided me with some of the products to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.

Below is a video tutorial showing exactly how I created my project.

I started with some TCW9051 Watercolor Paper and the TCW838 Floral Spectacle Stencil. Sprayed some water using the Ken Oliver Spray Water Bottle over the stencil onto one piece of the watercolor paper. Then I flipped the stencil over and pressed the wet side of the stencil onto the other piece of watercolor paper.
Then I used TCW9058 Alpine ColorSparx® Powders and squeezed the bottle so a light puff of the powder went over the wet surface on the watercolor paper.

Once they were dry, they were ready to be made into cards. Close up photos below.

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my project!
