I Love Mr. Snowman

I love snowmen! Over the years, I have accumulated quite the collection and enjoy showcasing them during the holidays. So, I thought it would be nice to add the Mr. Snowman Stencil to my collection by using it to create a Home Decor Decorative Plate. For the steps by steps, see the video below.
