Welcome to The Crafter’s Workshop blog! It is me , Marlene, from ART BY MARLENE. I am going to share a very short and sweet tutorial with you, using my own stencil design, SUMMER BURST / TCW690.

Introducing to you…
WOODBURNING WITH STENCILS
STEP 1:
I CHOSE STENCIL SUMMER BURST FOR THIS PROJECT.
STEP 2:
PLACE THE STENCIL ON YOUR SUBSTRATE(IN MY CASE A WOODEN CHOPPING BOARD) AND DRAW YOUR STENCIL LINES IN WITH PENCIL
STEP 3:
TIME FOR ACTION: GET OUT YOUR WOODBURNING IRON SET
STEP 4:
RE-TRACE ALL YOUR PENCIL LINES WITH THE WOOD BURNER.
WHEN YOU RE-TRACE ALL YOUR PENCIL LINES WITH THE WOOD BURNER, YOU CAN OPT FOR THICKER OR THINNER LINES.
STEP 5:
WHALAAH….THE FINAL PRODUCT! THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT, BUT I THINK I WILL BE KEEPING THIS ONE MYSELF!
