Hello,
Today it’s my turn to show you a project using some products from Canvas Corp Brands with some from The Crafter’s Workshop.
When i saw the CCB products, I immediatly thought at an Art Journal page about spring!
In my country, we don’t have spring 😉 because we are on a tropical island.
But i know what spring is…. younger, i was student in Paris!
So…. here is my page!
Is spring yet in the air in your country? 🙂
I started with a collage on my background with some stripes from CCB papers and the new Matte Gel Medium from TCW (TCW9011).
To add some texture on my page, I used the fabulous Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste from TCW (TCW9004) through the TCW665 Sweetpeas stencil (12×12″).
I have a video tutorial at the end of this post, so you will see what i did.
I cut the bird in a CCB sheet (CCP2848 Birds and Bees on Ivory) and added color with Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Glam.
All CCB products can be found in their shop HERE.
For this little back bird, i used TCW664s Bird Houses with TCW9002 Black Gesso
Here is my video…
Even if, The Crafter’s Workshop provoded me with their products, the opinions I share are solely my own. I often use affiliates links in my posts.

Nice! What’s “deli paper”?
Merci, Mina.
Love this! So simple, yet powerful! #twcccbmatchup

I enjoyed watching the video of your “Spring is in the air” journal page, Yasmina. I can understand the concept better than just looking at the page. I too like how you used the strips for your background. Thank you for sharing.
