Hello all, it’s Ronda here. I cannot wait to share with you my new releases, coming out VERY soon but you will have to wait just a little bit longer. Today i am sharing with you some of my project life pages using lots of stencils.
Stencils are such a versatile tool they can fit into any of your creative endeavors including project life. You can use any of the many Crafter’s Workshop stencils in your project life pages to create cool backgrounds, strong focal points, or border your pictures.
On this pocket page, I used my 6″ x 6″ Arrows & Hearts stencil with black paint to create a border between the photo & the background. I love how that little strip adds the perfect touch.
I used that same stencil on the bottom of this card.
The Camera from my Captured Stencil was perfect as a focal point for this pocket. I already had the background created and needed something to finish the page off. I love the black paint against all that color. Grab any great design stencil and add it to one of your pockets.
Can you spot the stencils on this project life page?
On this page i used my Kaleidoscope stencil first on the background. i then added my photo onto the page. I used my Retroburst stencil in the 6″ x 6″ with gold embossing paste over both the background and on the photo.
I create a lot of tags when i release new stencils. I love showing the stencil image on those tags with pops of colors. I then usually end up with lots of tags sitting on my desk ready to be used. So why not cut them down to use on my project life pockets. This pink tag was the perfect pop of color against the colorful background.
Here’s another example of the same idea. I had this tag sample using my Quatrefoil stencil, so I cut it down to use it as my background for my photo. I love how it adds just a touch of design to the page.
How do you use stencils in your project life pages?
