Autumn Bookmarks

Hello crafty friends,

Today, I present you three very simple bookmarks to make with three beautiful backgrounds and three TCW slimline stencils. Here I used TCW2342 Circular Rings, TCW2343 Stacked Pumpkins, TCW2339 Petal Display, TCW995 Forbidden Leaf, TCW2355 Mediterranean Ceiling and TCW2344 Potted Poinsettia.

***THE CRAFTER’S WORKSHOP PROVIDED ME SOME PRODUCTS TO CREATE THIS PROJECT.THE OPINIONS I SHARE ARE SOLELY MY OWN.***

I start by cutting two strips of TCW9051 watercolor paper (7X21cm or 2,7″X8,2″ )which I cover with Distress Oxide ink, using TCW2342 Circular Rings, TCW2339 Petal Display and TCW2355 Mediterranean Ceiling.

I continue with TCW2343 Stacked Pumpkins, TCW2344 Potted Poinsettia, TCW995 Forbidden Leaf and some Stencil Butters, TCW9091 Barn Door, TCW9097 Fern, TCW9067 Gamboge, TCW9095 Apricot, TCW9065 Marigold and TCW9090 Terracotta.

Using a wet brush, I spread the Distress ink on the stencil patterns, in order to highlight them on the background.

I stamp flowers and bird that I color with watercolor paints and that I cut out to stick them on the bookmarks.

I stamp the title “Automne enchanté” on each bookmark.

I apply orange Distress ink around each bookmark.I glue thick colored paper behind to have a nice finish.

Some more details.

Here is the result, thanks for stopping by today, I hope my tutorial inspired you! Do not hesitate to leave me a small comment, thank you!
