Hello Crafty Friends,
Marie-Christine with you today and a new Mixed Media board. As you know, I like to draw, especially faces. To embellish this one I used TCW962 Bouquet Bliss and TCW967 Playful Plumes.

I start by making the background with TCW962 Bouquet Bliss and some Distress inks on TCW9054 Mixed Media Board 12X12.
Here is the result.Before using the stencil, I coated the board in Distress Inks and sprayed on some water to give a watercolor effect.
I draw the face and I put color with watercolor paint.
I do the feathers with TCW967 Playful Plumes and TCW9081 Pearl White Stencil Butter on TCW9051 Watercolor Paper dyed in blue.
I stamp the flowers with TCW2202 Love You clear Stamps and TCW2208 Precious Sentiments Clear Stamps, color them with watercolor paint. Then I cut them out, along with the feathers. I glue the face on the right of the Mixed Media Board, then the feathers and the flowers in the hair.
I use TCW585 Inspired Words and TCW9005 White Modeling Paste to make the title “Love” in the bottom left of the board.
