“Thinking of you” Mixed Media Board

Hello Crafty Friends,

I am with you today with a very easy Mixed Media Board. I used some beautiful TCW stencils to make the background of this painting, TCW2313 Monarch Trio Slimline Stencil, TCW945 Starflower Net and TCW943 Garden Tile.

“Thinking of you” Mixed Media Board

I start by applying Distress Oxide ink on TCW9054 Mixed Media Board (12X12), I use several bright colors.

Then, I spray a little water in spray to give a watercolor aspect and make drips.

I put TCW945 Starflower Net on absorbent paper and spray ink on it.

I apply it on the Mixed Media Board.

With the same stencil, I add the print with some pink Distress ink on the side.

I draw the girl on TCW9051 Watercolor Paper, I color with watercolor paint.

If you don’t want to draw, you can cut out a face or whatever you want from a magazine and stick it on the board. The effect will also be very beautiful and original. For that, I advise you to use TCW9011 Matte Gel Medium to make the image adhere to the support.

I make patterns on the dress with TCW943 Garden Tile and TCW Chartreuse Stencil Butter. Then I cut her out .

I use TCW2313 Monarch Trio Slimline and TCW Champagne Gold Stencil Butter on the background.

I glue the girl to the side. I stamp the title and the hearts with TCW2200 Thank You Hearts Stamps.

Some more details.

Here is the result, thanks for stopping by today, I hope my tutorial inspired you! Do not hesitate to leave me a small comment, thank you!
