I don’t have time to sit down and create an extravagant Christmas card and I only create a few every year. This year I decided to go real simple by using my pile of painted papers, stencils and mixed media pastes.
The Crafters Workshop provided me with stencils and mediums to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them.
For this card I took the paper at the top of the pile and I was able to cut it to make two cards.
Next I added TCW954 Medieval Music stencil to the paper with blue acrylic paint.
TCW2426 Poinsettia Spray stencil was added with TCW9027 Grecian Gold Modeling paste. This is one of the new TCW sign stencils so I only used a part of it.
Believe it or not, that’s it. So simple but so beautiful.
Here is the other card I created with the same stencil. It’s small so I will use as a gift tag.
I have so much painted paper piled high in a box. I’m going to try to create more. Check back on December 17th!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
