Cards ~ Simple Stenciling

Hi Friends, Charmaine here today with a quick way to make a set of greeting cards using the same technique but changing it up just a little bit. I was inspired by a
fellow card maker who also happens to be an Ex South African! Small world!

TCW provided me with some awesome goodies to play with, but the opinions and creations are my own.

I used the TCW2202 Love You Flowers stamp set for all of the sentiments on the cards.

OK, first card. I used Distress Oxide and the TCW243 Ferns stencil. Apply two pieces of masking tape on the top and bottom halves of an A2 cardstock card front. Apply Fossilized Amber first and then Mowed Lawn through the stencil.

Remove the masking tape and stamp a quick Thanks sentiment. Doesn’t it look like you just
tore a piece of patterned paper and glued it in the middle?

The second card was made using the TCW887 Circle Grate stencil. Apply masking paper, use Tattered Rose, and then Iced Spruce through the stencil. Easy WOW effect mixing these two colors. Add a sentiment, and you’re done.

My last card is my favorite. TCW541 Believe Script is gorgeous with this color combo.

I hope you like this quick installment of “Let’s see what happens today”! 🙂

Have a great week!
Charmaine
