Hello crafty friends,

Today, I offer you butterflies in your eyes. I like more and more to create on these Mixed Media Boards which come in different sizes. Here, I used TCW9072 Mixed Media Sign Board in height. And, I chose TCW347 Kaleidescope, TCW861 Happy Dandelions stencils.

I start by making the background with TCW9055 ColorSparx Berry Punch and some Chartreuse ColorSparx on a TCW9072 Mixed Media Sign Board. I spray some water and I spread with a brush.

I put TCW861 Happy Dandelions on the bottom of the Mixed Media board and I spread some TCW9062 Lime Green , TCW9066 Orchid and TCW9065 Fuchsia Stencil Butters on the stencil.

Here is the result after drying.

I do other patterns with TCW347 Kaleidescope and TCW9005 White Modeling Paste. When it is dry, I go over a little white marker on it.

I stamp the butterflies with TCW2209 Beautiful Sentiments and TCW2210 Uplifting Sentiments Clear Stamps on TCW9051 Watercolor Paper. I color them with watercolor paint and cut them out.

Here is the background where I added a few small white circles surrounded in black.

I stamp the title with TCW2210 Uplifting Sentiments Clear Stamps on a piece of TCW 9051 Watercolor paper. I cut it out, put some black Distress ink around it and glue it to the bottom of the Mixed Media Board.

I finish the butterflies with a little black Distress ink around the edges. I fold them slightly and glue them on the Mixed Media Board.

When I am not fully gluing my decoupage, I always color the back with Distress ink.
