Good Morning all! Helen here with another fun little art journal page for you today! I felt like using ink for todays project and my 6” x 6” Dina Wakley journal. It was quick and easy and just want I needed as sometimes we always don’t have hours to play… only 10 minutes! TCW stencils are perfect for this fun quick play time.
The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with some product to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.
Product Used:
TCW2308 Clouds Slimline Stencil
TCW2309 Grass Slimline Stencil
TCW2167 Halftone Vortex stencil
TCW9004 Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste
To start off, I used TCW2308 Clouds Slimline Stencil and distress ink in Salty Ocean. I used a distress tool and added ink to the bottom of the stencil for clouds. When I was finished, I think I had the stencil upside down.. but that was OK! It’s my art journal and I was happy with it! LOL! Sometimes you just need to go with the oops on your page!
I then used TCW2309 Grass Slimline Stencil and added distress ink in Mowed Lawn to the bottom of my spread.
Taking TCW2167 Halftone Vortex stencil I added some texture to my spread using TCW9025 Plastic Palette Knife and TCW9004 Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste.
Once that dried, I added some black splatters, my ladies, a sentiment and voila! Done!
Like I said, sometimes art journal pages come together fast! Do they for you?
Thanks for taking the time to see my project for today!
We would love to see your projects made with TCW products!
