Happy Friday! I’ve been pulling out all my paper scraps and creating unbound art journal pages. This page is created on a piece of paper about 6″x 12″. To create this page I used the following:

• TCW464 Dancing Leaves
• TCW9004 Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste
• TCW9011 Matte Gel Medium
• TCW9001 White Gesso

The Crafters Workshop provided me with stencils and mediums to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them.

To start my page, I added White Gesso to the background with a palette knife. I used the palette knife to add some texture in the background.

To the background I added the Dancing Leaves stencil to the background with pencil.

I added the stencil to the background with different shades of green acrylic paint.

I decided the background was to busy so I added some gesso the background. I don’t cover it completely but just enough.

Going through my paper scraps, I add some of those papers to the page and added more Dancing Leaves with Light & Fluffy Modeling paste (my favorite!).

To finish my art journal page, I painted the leaves in pink and green and pieced together from my box of scraps a fairy.
