A Card With A Pop Of Color

Hello! Nadine here today sharing a card with a pop of color.

The Crafter’s Workshop has provided me with some of the products to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.

To create my card, I used the TCW914 Plumeria stencil and used some VersaMark Ink by pressing the ink pad over the stencil onto black cardstock. Then poured some white embossing powder over it and heat set it.

Next, I cut a piece of white cardstock to fit in the middle of the embossed black piece and held it into place with some removable adhesive. Then aligned the stencil back over the top and with a black pen traced around the inside of the stencil over the white cardstock piece.

After I finished tracing the stencil I removed the white cardstock from the front and used some Derwent Inktense Blocks to watercolor the image.

Then I stamped a sentiment using Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps Courage To Grow stamp using black ink and embossed it with black embossing powder. To make the sentiment stand out more I outlined it with a white gel pen.

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my project!
