I really wanted to create an art journal page that didn’t only exist in a book. I want to be able to hang this piece on the wall as a daily reminder to be kinder to myself and others, as we are all a work in progress.

This is a simple project with huge impact. I used TCW600 stencil called Overlapping Stripes and Black modeling paste. I stamped the face and phrases with blue inks and cut out the words so I could decide on the placement. They are adhered with foam adhesive.
