Hello Crafty Friends,
Marie-Christine with you today sharing an Art Journal page. this one is made with acrylic paints. I wanted to mix vintage, with the image and modern with my city. For this, I chose the gorgeous stencils TCW873 Orb Mandala, TCW876 Screen View, TCW855 Linked Tiles.

I start by making my background with blue, green and yellow acrylic paints.

Then, I applied some pink paint with TCW873 Orb Mandala.

I put this stencil in two places on my double page, by adding a little yellow and pink acrylic paints and I use some TCW9001 White Gesso.

White gesso is perfect for mixing colors together or for lightening them.
I make small squares of TCW9001 white gesso with TCW876 Screen View.

I cut several pieces of yellow cardstock to imagine my buildings, I stick them on a line.

With TCW855 Linked Tiles, I apply some pink and red acrylic paints on the bottom of my page.

Finally, I draw some windows on my yellow cardstocks with a black marker, I adhere my vintage image (found on Pinterest) and 3 butterflies, I add a stamp under my buildings and stick my title.
