Hi everyone TCW fans!

Today it’s time to show you my next inspiration – mixed media art journal page inspired The Past & The Future. Hero of my this page was living in other, sad world, in a tenement house that survived World War II about a city full of colors, where everything comes to life. A story about differences.

A story about life, constant journey, discovering one’s own way, a place in time. About the balance between the here and now and the past. About poverty and wealth, about minimalism and splendor. About life and nostalgia.

ART JOURNAL PAGE STEP BY STEP

On the black scrapbooking paper I added two TCW stencils: TCW840 Sun Valley and TCW834 Stone Increase. Then I added a hero to my work and some elements. I finally gave up the clock in the photo in order to have a flat job.

I also added pieces of old brick to my work, which helped me to create a historical atmosphere.

Next step. I added a few old die-cuts and colored stencil sun by modeling paste in gold color. The whole surface covered earlier by our sterling silver modeling paste.

At the end, I colored some elements with acrylic paints to keep the contrast of the two parts in my art journals.
