I decided to play with TCW Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste and Ken Oliver’s Color Burst. I’m going to use TCW865 Asian Floral and Color Burst Packs Unicorn Magic and Mermaid Tails.

On a small tag I added the Asian Floral stencil to the tag with modeling paste. Before I lifted the stencil off I added Color Bursts and then sprayed it lightly with water.

I then lifted the stencil off and let it dry.

When it dried the modeling paste soaked up the Color Bursts. There are parts of the flower that didn’t have any color but I like it that way. I did decide to add a little pink paint to the flower.
