Howdy Bloggers, Lisa here with a new TCW update.
Today I’m sharing with you a new piece that I’ve created with some fun TCW stencils and primarily to try and use up some of the piles of pages I have accumulated over the past few gel print sessions. They are really such an interesting addition, and so easy to throw onto your art journal pages for extra colour and detail.
So here is what I did.
I started with a few scraps of gel papers and printed tissue papers, self created and shop bought. I adhered the pieces of paper to the page using TCW9011 Matte Gel Medium, then allowed it to dry.
Voila !
Now its paint time. I used a selection of paints including the delicious TCW9020 Raspberry Sorbet .
I used for this piece, a combination of TCW stencils that included one 2018 summer release
TCW807s Script Dots and 2 older stencils TCW534 and TCW568 Moving Vines .
A quick hyper video to share my painting process with you.
Here is the finished piece. No real major focal point, just a celebration colour, detail and marks.
Thanks for dropping by the TCW blog today, I’ll be back very soon with a new TCW update.
