Hi Everyone.

Today I am working in my Dylusions journal to create an art journal page.

I start my page off by using the large 12 x 12 TCW 801 – Skylight with a light color (Dylusions Vanilla custard) across the entire page.

Next I use a lighter blue shade (Dylusions -Periwinkle blue) with the smaller 6×6 stencil from TCW 812 – Coronet wreath . This breaks up the background and gives it a lovely texture.

I LOVE text stencils, because they make a journal feel lived in, so I grabbed TCW541 – Mini Believe Script and stenciled on some dark blue Dylusions after midnight paint.

I adhered some Dina Wakley tissue paper with TCW Matte Gel Medium to both sides of the pages.

I add some stamping for interest using black archival ink, and a stamp set called Don’t forget to fly from Prima.

Lastly I add some pops of color using bright Bubblegum Pink Dylusions paint with some stenciling TCW644 Daisy Chain.
