Creating a Scene with Stencils

One of the things I love about stencils are the many ways you can create scenes on cards, tag, canvas, and scrapbook pages. The list is unlimited.

Today I have a card to show you. The card was a pre-cut card and I used watercolors for the background to make it look like the sky. Once it dried I used the Mini Flying Geese stencil (TCW332s) and modeling paste to the background.  On a separate piece of paper I stamped the cardinals (from Stampendous), colored them in and cut them out.  I attached them to the card with pop dots so it looks like they are in the trees with bird flying in the background.

This type of card can be use for any occasion and is so much fun to make. So dig through all your stencils and find to create a scene for any type of project.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
