I love these stencils for TCW. So many options for Journaling and creating cards and titles and such.
TCW474 Hand drawn Frames in 6 inch and 12 inch size. These are new Summer 2014 Stencils with the last release.
This is the first project I used this stencil with, using this very basic technique. Its in My Bible, but can be done anywhere….using a favourite quote, song or poem.
Check out how easy this is…..
Using a pencil, trace very lightly around the stencil shapes.
Next get out your fine black pen. Trace the lines adding bits here and there to fill in the gaps
Get out your Copics, or what ever markers you like to use, and colour it in!
Add your text, how ever you wish.
I did this same process on the lovely thick cardstock from Core’dinations
Its gorgeous to work on. (6×6 Pad of super thick bright white cardstock)
Out line, colour and cut out!
I adhered these to Project Life cards from Studio Calico. Just round the corners and they are done!
Same idea for easy cards……
So sweet, and I really love quick and easy cards.
Maybe you have some stencils you can use to do some doodling and some Lettering for some easy projects. Perfect to do sitting in front of the telly at night if you don’t like idle hands! Love doing something arty, kicking back watching TV at night!

a wonderful idea, question does any of the markers or pens come through to the other pages? thank you….have a good day
Hi Pattie, no they don’t bleed through with the gesso layer. They certainly would without it, possibly going through several pages with the alcohol markers. gesso is a life saver!!!
If I am using the gesso on my Bible Journaling page first, how thick of a layer must I apply for the journal
