Hi, today I´d like to share with you a simple and easy way to use the cute Fragments and Bits stencils. All you need is a few pieces of watercolour paper, some spray inks and a selection of Fragments and/or Bits and a Big Shot (or a similar tool).
First place a Fragments or Bits stencil into a cardboard box and apply some spray ink over it. I used various Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist colours for this purpose and they worked really well!
Next carefully lift the stencil from the box and place it onto a Big Shot plate, then place a piece of watercolour paper over the stencil and make your plate sandwich and roll the whole thing thru the machine.
This is what the finished result will look like. Now you can use this image on a card or on another project of your choise.
These are the stencils (above) I used for my four cards and this is how the finished pressed images look like.
And here are the finished cards:
I have used only a little additional decoration on the cards, as they did not need much in my opinion. I really like to use these small stencils this way. If you change the media for example to markers or acrylic paint, you will again end up with a totally different kind of look. Hope you get inspired to try this idea out! Have fun!!
