Have you tried light modeling paste with The Crafter’s Workshop stencils? It’s a great way to add dimension to your project. It’s lightweight and dries quickly.
I used the Love Birds TCW 309 stencil with Liquitex light modeling paste, then coloured the leaves with Faber Castell’s Stamper’s Big Brush Pen. I smeared the colour with my finger for a little shadow effect. You could also add paint colour to your modeling paste before using it with your stencil.
I love the dimension the modeling paste adds to my mixed media memo board featuring my niece and nephew.
I used the “happy” word from the Vertical Happy Bunting TCW1023 with some mica flakes to complete my memo board on canvas.
