Our friends at Core’dinations and Authentique sent out a bunch of our stencils to their Design Team and this is what Suzanna Lee came up with. Here’s what she wrote:
Don’t have an embosser or a means of embossing on a large scale? Me either, no problems! Do it yourself! Take one of the many masks/templates sitting in your stash, in this case, one from The Crafters Workshop, and place it on the “wrong” side of your Core’dinations cardstock. Use a little bit of artist’s tape (comes up without taking half the sheet of paper with it) in each of the four corners to secure it to your paper. Now set all of that on a piercing mat. Use your embossing stylus to trace the template. You need to use a little bit of pressure, not too much. Peel off the tape, remove the stencil and admire your handiwork! Sand it for and even cooler effect!!
I was tickled pink, or better yet, red and blue, when I saw the fruits of my own labors! Pretty nifty, eh?
I just love my Core’dinations! Pairs up perfectly with Authentique too!
