Hello… Today I created a quick and simple page using two stencils from The Crafters Workshop. I used the stencils in two ways. The first was using texture paste and the second was using a pen to doodle the image design.
So lets take a wee lookie at how I created this fabulous page!
Stencils used:
– 12×12 Doodling template believe script
– 6×6 Doodling template mini patterns
Step 1: Grab the 12×12 believe script stencil and place on background paper, then swipe some texture paste over the stencil. Remove stencil.
Step 2: Allow the paste to dry. Once dry using watercolors inks brush and randomly splash inks all over. Remove excess and allow to dry.
Step 3: Copy and paste or save my hand drawn doodle feathers to your computer and print out. Step 4: Grab your watercolor paints and color each feather.
Step 5: Once you have colored each feather grab the 6×6 mini pattern stencil and place over the feathers and doodle trace a pattern on to each feather.
Step 6: Cut each feather out and add machine stitching for added texture. Now all you have to do is put your page together. Have fun creating this week!
