Journal ~ Some girls

My six almost seven-year-old daughter may be sweet, but she is spicy. Having a weird mom builds character, so I am told. Guess we’ll see how far her mouth will get her!
I have a fun journal page for you today,
incorporating some spicy girls.

Products Used

TCW provided me with some awesome goodies to play with, but the opinions and creations are my own.

Technique

Start by placing Distress Oxide (two colors) on your gel plate. Place the slimline stencil over the gel plate and apply acrylic paint over the stencil with a brayer. Place the gel plate directly onto the page and remove the plate.

Next, outline the ovals with a black pen/acrylic pen.

Use the TCW936 Messy Writing and distress oxide over the white spots.

Smear TCW9043 Marcasite Silver Modeling Paste over the TCW927 Cactus Dahlia stencil in both corners.

Once the paste is dry, use a white acrylic pen and draw in between the paste to make the background disappear. Add a few white dots in the pink ovals for some interest.

Add a sentiment and two sassy girls to finish the page.

Here is my own sassy girl, wearing her brother’s clothes!

I hope you liked today’s page! Message me with any questions!!

Talk soon,

Charmaine
