New TCW Sign Stencil: Grapevine

Do you love TCW’s sign stencils? I love to use them but not always for signs. Today I’m going to show you how I used the new sign stencil called TCW2422 Grapevine.

The Crafters Workshop provided me with stencils and mediums to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them.

I have a pile of paper that I’ve cut into 6″x6″ squares that were once art experiments. Having them to use I don’t have to start with a blank page. This is what it looked like before I started.

To start I added TCW2422 Grapevine Sign Stencil to the paper with TCW9004 Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste. I add the stencil design and use a heat gun to help dry the paste. When its dry I continue to add more grapevines.

After the paste dried I added paint in many layers.

When the paint dried, I used Orchid Stencil Butter to add some shimmer on the grapes.

Here is the finished piece.

It’s so much fun using paper already full of paint. It helps give me ideas on what I want to create. Do you create signs or do use them to create other art?

If you use TCW Stencils, stamps and mediums in your art, we would love it see it. Please share it with us on our Facebook pageInstagram, Twitter, and Pinterest using hashtag #tcwstencillove.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
