Hi Everyone,
Saadia here with a quick and easy handmade card for you. I hope you like it.
The Crafter’s Workshop provided me the products to work with, but the opinions I share here, are solely my own.
I applied Distress inks on a piece of TCW 9051 Watercolor paper. I applied the inks with a blending brush.
Added background stenciling with Distress inks and TCW876 Screen View stencil. I used a blending brush to apply the inks.
Then applied TCW 9005 Opaque modeling paste through the TCW 914 Plumeria stencil. I used a pallete knife to apply the modeling paste and I let it dry.
Finished the card by adding slightly more distress inks in green and brown colors.
Stamped and glued a birthday greeting and adhered the card onto a black cardstock and a white card base.

This is beautiful! There is simplicity, yet plenty of creative marks in the background, all brought together artfully. I see too many stencilled pieces IMHO that are disorganized messes and not executed well. Yours is just the opposite, very lovely.
Vert pretty background! Love how you did the flowers with the Opaque Modeling Paste.
