I love using the mandala stencils to give texture to my backgrounds. It really comes to life when you put some beautiful color over it. This canvas was great to put together and a little bittersweet. This is my last project as a design team member for The Crafter’s Workshop. I have had such a great year sharing my love of color and texture with everyone!

I used the TCW899 stencil with Light & Fluffy modeling paste to create this wonderful textured background. After it dried, I covered the whole canvas with White Gesso and let it dry. Next, I used some bold, beautiful art sprays to make a colorful background.

I stamped the rhino and sentiment on white cardstock and fussy cut them. Then used 3d glue gel to adhere them to the canvas.
