I really love to mix distress and grunge with delicate. I think there is an interesting dance that happens between them that is unmatched. This card is distressed, grungy, and beautiful and delicate at the same time.

For this background, I used TCW Light & Fluffy modeling paste through the TCW876 stencil to create some really great texture. Then I covered all of it with TCW White Gesso. Once that was dry, I used pigment sprays to create an industrial grungy background. Then I added the flower stamp with dark purple ink over the top.

When that background was completely dry, I added the washi tape and layered sentiment. That is it! So simple and very fresh and delicate.
