Dreamer-a quick and easy project with new stencils.

Hi Everyone,

Saadia here with a quick and easy project. I hope you like it.

An art project on mixed media board with acrylic paints, inks, acrylic mediums, TCW stencils and stamps.

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me the products to work with, but the opinions I share here are solely my own.

I made this project on the newly released mixed media boards by The Crafters workshop. They are available in 2 sizes, 12×12 and 6×6 inches. I made this on a 6×6 inches board. These boards are great for watercolors, inks, acrylic mediums and mixed media projects etc.

Mixed media boards

I applied a layer of TCW9007 Clear Gesso to the board and let it dry.

Next, I applied acrylic paints with my fingers and a brush.

The next step was background stenciling with the newly released stencils. I used TCW 879 Gauze stencil and TCW922 Ethereal stencil.

Stamped my focal image with black ink and stenciled the word ‘dreamer’ from TCW921 Word stems stencil.

Mixed media project.

Finished the spread by adding a thin coat of TCW 9006 Gloss gel medium.

That’s all for now.
