A mixed media journal spread with the new stencils

Hi Everyone,

I want to share an art journal spread with you. I hope you like it.

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me the products to work with, but the opinions I share here, are solely my own.

I made this spread in a Dylusions square journal. I applied a layer of Crackle medium to the page and let it dry.

Next, I applied acrylic paints with a brush.

Applied TCW9009 Black Modeling paste through the newly released TCW866 Cypress Tree stencil and let it dry.

Finished the spread by adding a quote, few paint splatters and some journaling with Embossing pen. I heat embossed the writing with Gold embossing powder.

That’s all for now.

  1. This is gorgeous! On a separate note, I’ve stopped by this morning to thank you for sponsoring the 2019 Cat Lovers Hop over at Her Peaceful Garden! This is my first year participating (we have 8 fur babies) and I’m blown away! The prize you’re offering is absolutely amazing and much appreciated!
    Hugs,
