How Movies Inspire My Art

I love Sci-fi movies; big sharks, large crocodiles, space adventures, man eating dinosaurs and the older the better. I watch all of them in my art room. I don’t listen to music but watch or just listen to movies.

This piece was inspired by a movie with lots of water and that movie is??? You’ll have to wait until the end of the post.

The Crafters Workshop provided me with stencils and mediums to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them

I have lot of started pieces where I use small canvases for left over paint. This was one of them. What can you see? I see an ocean.

I took TCW847s Wave and added it to the piece with TCW9004 Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste. I didn’t use the whole stencil I just used part of the design.

When the paste dried I added paint. Here it is all finished.

Here some close ups. Can you see the birds?

The movie??? Aquaman.

We would love to see what you create with The Crafters Workshop Stencils and Mediums. You can share it with us on our Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest using hashtag #tcwstencillove.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
