The Chase of Butterflies – Art Journal

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today, let’s go to the countryside to see the beautiful nature! I wanted to use some new stencils from the new Winter 2019 collection together. I chose 3 beautiful stencils TCW842 Wild and Free , TCW845 Wisteria and TCW851 Dotted Rings for my background.

***The Crafter’s Workshop provided me some products to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.***

How to do

I prepared my background with some Distress Inks.

Then I used TCW851 Dotted Rings for my background with a baby wipe.

Here the result.

I used TCW9046 White Modeling Paste with TCW842 wild and Free stencil and Spray Inks with TCW845 Wisteria.

When the modeling paste is dry, I put some inks on the flowers and added some grey Distress Oxide with on wisteria stencil.

I put some more flowers with TCW842 Wild and Free (Small Size) in the bottom of my page.

And to finish, I adhered my butterfly images and the little girl with TCW9045 Matte Gel Medium. I found these images on Pinterest.

Here is my Art Journal page, hope you like it!

We would love to see what you create with The Crafters Workshop Stencils and Mediums. You can share it with us on our Facebook Page, Instagram and Pinterest using hashtag #stencillove.

  1. Where can you find TCW stencils in USA? I live in Texas. I do not mind ordering but suppliers I have found have limited inventory.
