Hi there all my arty friends! It is me, Tetiana. I am going to share a step by step tutorial of creating mixed media background with you. Do you like turquoise colour? I do! And today I am going to use all shades of this colour in my layout!I’ve used really amazing TCW600 Overlapping StripesAt the beginning carefully apply TCW9005 Modeling Paste to the paper through the stencil with palette knife.
To protect my paper from absorbing an excess moisture I covered some areas of the paper with TCW9007 Clear Gesso.
After drying I started to paint my background using different turquoise mists.
Than I added a bit of shine using Primary elements.
To make the texture more expressive I used TCW9001 White Gesso
Also I added a blue texture paste with palette knife
At the end I added some pretty finishing touches with stamps and splashes of acrylic paint!Enjoy all the details!
