Hi Everyone, Beck Beattie here again today to share how stencils can add the perfect soft finish to your projects. Sometimes it is the sublte layers that set your projects apart and make them more eye catching.
I created some fun stamping into the background for interest. I always like my photos to be centre of attention and while creating this layout I just knew it needed a special finishing touch and something to soften the background colours a little. I didn’t want anything that was going to over power the photo so decided on some white texture paste.
I took my reversed Chickenwire stencil (TCW 259) and added the pattern to the almost finished layout, and suddenly it looked finished. It is a amazing what some texture paste and a stencil can do!
Here is a close up of the stencilling:
I hope you enjoyed my share today and I have inspired you to use your stencils for that perfect finishing touch on your next project!
Happy Creating!
