Cyndi Bundy posted this fun challenge earlier in the week. I thought I’d share (plus I love her color choice above!) Its time to play along with the 3D challenge and this week I’m challenging you to create an Art Journal page! 

This doesn’t have to be scary and I’m betting you have all the supplies that you need:

1. A journal (could be a sketchbook, an old atlas or book, a composition book, etc)

2. a pen or marker to journal with 

3. paints, spray inks, ink pads with brayers, etc

4. stencils and/or stamps 

The art journaling craze has been around for a while but I’ve only recently begun my journey.  I have a couple of journals that are dedicated to this.  I may try new techniques, color combos, etc.  I may not finish a page in one day.  Its a way to express yourself!

My page today is all about my addiction to Starbucks.  Your page could be about anything!
