My folks just got power turned on at their home (they had been out since Monday – good thing they still like to cuddle!!!) Our offices have been fine, but UPS and the post office were a little back-logged.  The word on the street is that the gas stations will have gasoline for the weekend (IF they have power, that is!!)  We are all being very miserly about where we drive and why, for fear of running out of gas and not being able to refuel. I think we could probably learn some new habits from this week’s events (like conserving fuel, carpooling, not being so attached to our electronics…) Stay warm and safe!!
