Tropical Cards with Stencil Background

Hello Crafty Friends,

Summer is coming and we need some tropical cards to feel the warmth of the sun. I used different stencil for each creation, all with a summer theme. You can see TCW414 Four Ferns, TCW847 Wave, TCW612 Tropical Elements, TCW496 Sea Creatures.

***The crafter’s workshop provided me some products to create this project. The opinions I share are solely my own.***

How to do

First, I used Distress Oxide on a watercolor paper, and added some water to make my backgrounds.

When, it was dry, I made some  lighter spots with a brush and bleach on each background. Then, I used different stencils with Distress Oxide.

I repeated the same stencil with TCW9044 Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste.

Here, you can see the four stencils, TCW847 WaveTCW612 Tropical Elements, TCW496 Sea Creatures, TCW414 Four Ferns  with Distress Oxide and TCW9044 Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste.

I stamped some tropical flowers and leaves that I colored with watercolor paint, then I cut them.

I adhered them on each card.

To finish, I put some Distress Oxide on the edges of each card, and I stucked them on thick paper.

Here the result!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope my Tropical Cards inspired you!

We would love to see what you create with The Crafters Workshop Stencils and Mediums. You can share it with us on our Facebook Page, Instagram and Pinterest using hashtag #stencillove.
