Add a Little Joy to Your Home

Hi Karenliz here to show you how to create a little piece of art to that one little spot in your home that just needs a little something.

For this project I’m using the following; Big Wreath stencil 6×6 (TCW721), Light & Fluffy Modeling Paste (TCW9004), 4″x 4″ Wooden Palette, various acrylic paints.

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with stencils and mediums to create this project.

The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them.

I found this little 4″x4″ wooden palette in my local craft store.

I painted it black and then added the wreath the the background in green and yellow.

When it dried I added the little rose from the same stencil to different spots and let it dry.

To add more dimension to the roses wait for the first layer to dry, flip the stencil to the other side and add more modeling paste. It makes great looking roses.

I painted the roses and added a few splatters of ink.

Added the word joy and it’s complete. I decided instead of adding back the string, I put it on a little easel so I can put it anywhere in the house.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. You can see all the new stencils and Mixed Media Metallic Modeling Pastes on Scrapbook.com.

We would love to see what you create with The Crafters Workshop Stencils and Mediums. You can share it with us on our Facebook pageInstagram, Twitter, and Pinterest using hashtag #tcwstencillove.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
