Recycled gift bag

What do you do with a plain gift bag after you have eaten all the chocolate inside? Recycle it with some paint and stencils, of course!

AtopSerenityHill.comI wasn’t really sure what I was going to do with this gift bag, but I did know that I would be using the Party Banners stencil and The Crafter’s Workshop’s heavy body acrylic paint. To see all the steps and layers the design took, watch the video below!

Stencils used: Party Banners; Endless Swirls; Positivity; Doodled Pattern
Paint: Raspberry Sorbert; Spun Sugar; Black Licorice; Blue Jellybean
Mediums: Matte gel medium; White gesso
Other supplies: Neocolor2 crayons, black high-flow acylic paint, white/black paint markers, waterbrush, spray bottle, Stabilo pencil, handcarved stamps, black stamp ink, makeup sponges.

  1. Consie, I love this… so darling! The stamps that you used, are they homemade? If yes, I’d love to try them. Do you have instructions for this?

And I also want to say that it looked like you were wearing a white blouse….I could never do that ? It would be destroyed after one painting!! hee, hee!
