Good afternoon stencil lovers!

Welcome to The Crafter’s Workshop blog! It is me , Marlene, from ART BY MARLENE. I am going to share a very short and sweet tutorial with you…Introducing to you – Angelique (TCW 694). I will also be using stencil Positivity (TCW687) in the background to add interest.

Place your stencil on a sheet of 12″ x 12″ cardtock and stencil with black acrylic paint through the openings.

Slowly but surely we are going to be adding some color to our project. First cover the background with yellow, leaving the border white.

STEP 3:

Paint the face with a skintone of choice. The hair was painted in translucent tones of brown.

Now we are going to add 2 more colors: Pink & Turquoise. Paint the border and lips pink, paint some details in your bird pink and use your Stencil Positivity and add some pink first and then some turquoise to the yellow background. Your eyes and dress can also be painted in Turquoise.

Add some red to the lips and the heart on her forehead and then take a white paintpen and add highlights to your painting, to bring it to life.

That was it for today peeps!
