One stenciled painting • Six postcards

I thought it might be a fun idea to send a painting through the mail but with a twist. The painting would arrive in sections, like a puzzle. Once all the pieces arrived, the recipient would have a painting to frame! Below, I’ve shared how I created my mail art puzzle…

Stencils are from the Crafter's Workshop.AtopSerenityHill.comTo make it really easy to mail my stenciled painting, I chose to work on the back of the Black & Ivory Postcard sheet from Canvas Corp. Add in two 12×12 stencils (Tile Mania and Stained Glass Daisies) and I was all set with my design.

I created the background with Neocolor 2 crayons and a baby wipe. Super quick and easy!

Using the lines left behind by adding in the Shimmery Goodness, I outlined the design with a black marker. Then I added white marker lines on top to break up all the black.

Thanks for joining me today…
