Two cards for you today – for the second one I’ve added a step-by-step
of how I made them….
they’re similar; just the colors are different!
Layering with stencils and sponging with distress inks give such subtle backgrounds, or with the second card – vibrant backgrounds!
****
Use a stencil and sponge with red distress ink over a background. This background was pre-colored, one from my stash of backgrounds, made with some spray inks.
Use the same stencil and sponge with green distress ink over it.
Apply structure paste over the stencil, leave to dry.
Stamp a flower onto a separate piece of cardstock, color it,
cut it out and adhere it to the background.
some close-ups…
